This project allowed us to leverage our expertise as a packaging manufacturer to create a tactile experience that perfectly balances accessible pricing with a truly premium feel.

Harry’s has always been about elevating the everyday, and their move into fragrance was no exception. Our challenge was to translate their sophisticated brand ethos into a physical form that felt substantial and high-end. We focused on engineering solutions that would deliver that “luxury” weight and finish without breaking the accessible price point their customers expect.

ENGINEERING THE PERFECT WEIGHTED CLOSURE

A major highlight of this collection is the custom weighted aluminum cap. As experts in packaging innovations, we know that the weight of a cap significantly influences the consumer’s perception of quality. We engineered a closure that provides a satisfying, heavy feel in the hand, serving as the perfect crowning element to the sleek, frosted glass bottle.

FROM DESIGN CONCEPT TO PROTOTYPE

Our process often begins long before a mold is cut. Working closely with the Harry’s team, we moved from initial design concepts to precise 3D prototypes. This rigorous prototyping phase ensured that the satin accents and the interplay between the metal and glass components were flawless, allowing us to refine the tactile details that make this custom perfume packaging stand out.
